    General Sales Manager – D1 Training

    What You’ll Do

    You will own revenue, performance, and leadership inside the facility:


          Drive daily sales activity (calls, appointments, shows, closes)
          Sell high-ticket personal training & memberships
          Lead weekly performance reviews across:
          Lead generation & conversion
          Sales metrics & revenue
          Retention & client experience
          Execute strategies to improve profitability, efficiency, and growth
          Deliver a world-class experience to every client — from first-time athletes to professionals

    Day-to-Day Responsibilities

          Front-of-house leadership & client experience
          Membership setup, POS transactions, and reporting (MindBody)
          Managing retail sales & inventory
          Supporting events and community engagement
          Maintaining accurate daily/weekly KPI and financial reporting


    Qualifications

          3+ years of high-ticket sales + management experience
          Fitness industry experience preferred
          Proven ability to close at a high level
          Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
          Associate degree (preferred)


    Compensation

          Base + Performance Bonuses
          OTE: $60,000 – $80,000+
          Unlimited upside based on performance
