As the General Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. As the General Sales Manager, you will oversee all sales operations and work closely with the leadership team to achieve business goals. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
• Manage sales and promotional activities to maximize revenue.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments to enhance overall dealership performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Ability to analyze data and use metrics to drive decision making.
• Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
• Proficient with sales software and CRM systems.
• Valid driver’s license
