Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team
- Set, meet, and exceed monthly sales goals
- Drive customer satisfaction throughout the sales and finance process
- Implement and monitor sales processes to enhance productivity
- Maintain a strong understanding of New and Pre-owned vehicle inventory
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and manufacturers
- Ensure high standards of professionalism and integrity
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager or General Sales Manager
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor the sales team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage inventory - vAuto experience is a +
- A customer-focused attitude with the desire to provide exceptional experiences
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
