Current Oklahoma Driver's License and proof of a good driving record from the Oklahoma Department of Motor Vehicle required. Two years of experience in maintenance will be accepted in lieu of vocational training.

Inspects the assigned area of the hospital checking all systems and sub-systems.
Completes all assigned corrective actions in a timely manner.
Completes all assigned preventive work orders.
Completes minor electrical assignments as required.
Completes minor plumbing task as assigned.
Assist with snow and ice removal.
Assist with equipment and furniture moves.
Qualifications
Education
Graduate of a two year vocational program in building maintenance.
Experience
Two years of experience in maintenance will be accepted in lieu of vocational training.
Licensure/Certification/Registration/ETC.
Current Oklahoma Driver's License and proof of a good driving record from the Oklahoma Department of Motor Vehicle required.
