    Job Description

    The department of Community Practice at MU Capital Region Medical Center is looking for a full time Diagnostic/Interventional Radiologist to join our team of four existing radiologists in Jefferson City, MO. Join a team dedicated to creating outstanding healthcare experiences. Our facilities offer patients access to Better. Every Day. healthcare in three locations around Jefferson City.

    Our ideal candidate will have excellent diagnostic skills with a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a quick thinker, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

    Expected schedule:

    • 39 weeks per year (Mon-Sun)
    • Expected Call schedule:
    • Q4 to Q5
    • Fuji PACS with PowerScribe 360 for dictation

    EMR:

    Cerner

    Equipment:

    MRI, CT, US, Xray, PET

    Compensation Structure:

    • Competitive Base Salary + wRVU Incentive
    • Extra Shift Payment

    Minimum Qualifications

    Education: MD/DO, Board-Eligible/Board-Certified Diagnostic Radiology

    Credentials: Diagnostic Radiology, Interventional Radiology

    Years of Experience: 2 years APP experience or Hospital Medicine Fellowship

    Niche Professional Interests: Hospital Medicine

    Anticipated Hiring Range

    Commensurate with experience.

    The department of Community Practice at MU Capital Region Medical Center is a full-service health care system that encompasses a full-service acute care hospital, the area's most expansive clinic system, a state-of-the-art Cancer Program at the Goldschmidt Cancer Center, a hospital-based fitness facility, home health agency and the only hospital-based inpatient rehabilitation center in the community. The hospital has 100 acute care beds and 14 rehabilitation beds. Referrals come from our 140+ employed providers who staff a system of 36 clinics in an 8-county service area of 225K people.
