DIRECT HIRE GENERAL PRODUCTION WORKERS - GREENFIELD, IN

$22/HR TO START ON 2ND SHIFT | $23/HR TO START ON 3RD SHIFT | OVERTIME AVAILABLE

Available Shifts

2nd Shift

• Monday - Friday
• 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
• $22.00/hour

3rd Shift

• Sunday - Thursday
• 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM
• $23.00/hour

Training Schedule

• All new hires will train on 1st Shift for up to 6 weeks before transitioning to their assigned 2nd or 3rd shift.

Overtime Opportunities

• Regular overtime available
• Expect 2-4 additional hours at the end of scheduled shifts as needed
• Occasional Saturday overtime with advance notice

What You'll Be Doing

• Repetitively load and unload product to and from manufacturing equipment
• Push and pull boxes and materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Visually inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Operate shot blasting equipment as needed to finish products
• Weigh and package products according to customer specifications
• Accurately document materials, batch numbers, and production information
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• Minimum of 1+ year at previous employers preferred
• Ability to stand and remain active for 8-12 hour shifts
• Ability to regularly lift, push, and pull 30-50 pounds
• Comfortable working in a warm manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and solid work history

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
