ROLE: this is the perfect opportunity to experience a variety of processes in a manufacturing setting and grow into a career! Through this role, you can learn about heat treating, machine operations, coating applications, welding, warehousing, and much more! We will train you all in house with our knowledgeable team. 2nd shift 3pm-11:30pm M-F with OT opportunities.

As a General Production Laborer you'll play a critical role in the process by assisting in a varity of functions in our production, learning the processes, and following quality procedures to ensure every component meets exacting standards before moving things to the next application step. What will you do? Your day to day success is determined by your ability to:

• Stay safe each and every day!
• Produce quality work in every task you execute.
• Load, unload, tacking, repair, maintain, weld, drive forklift (these are some of the work you can expect).
• Continuously learn and assist in developing new techniques for new products.
• Self-inspect work as well as work coming in to your process.
• Communicate with team, leads, management.
• Grow, learn, advance in skill and take on new duties.

With Quality in mind, you also bring the following:

• High School Diploma or GED and must be able to work in USA
• Basic math, geometry, and mechanical aptitude.
• Precision and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent manual dexterity and ability to control application tools precisely.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Aptitude for decision-making and problem solving.
• Excellent team skills; collaborative, open-minded, adaptable.
• Motivation to self-advance and grow within the company.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift to 50 pounds or more.
• Prolonged standing and walking.
• Repetitive movement, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
