General Practitioners

Minimum requirements, including licenses and certifications: Possess a valid license to practice medicine in the State of New York. Job Duties: Diagnose, treat, and help prevent diseases and injuries that commonly occur in the general population.

Schedule and anticipate length of assignment: Initial term is 6 months. Position #1: Monday through Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm. Position #2: Weekend and evening coverage. Could include: 4:30 PM-1230 PM, 12:30 PM -8:30 PM , and/or 8:30 AM -4:30 PM (weekends).

Job Duties: Diagnose, treat, and help prevent diseases and injuries that commonly occur in the general population. Provide comprehensive medical services, regardless of age or sex, on continuing basis: Examine patients, using medical instruments and equipment. Elicit and record information about patient's medical history. Order or execute various tests, analyses, and diagnostic images to provide information on patient's condition. Analyze reports and findings of tests and examinations and diagnose condition of patient. Administer/prescribe treatments and medications. Promote health by advising patients concern.

Minimum requirements, including licenses and certifications: Possess a valid license to practice medicine in the State of New York. Possess and maintain a valid Federal Narcotics Number. Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment in NYS is required.

Salary commensurate with scope of work job experience
Proper footwear required to perform tasks in a safe manner.
Perform other reasonably related duties as required.
