Tennova Medical Group, affiliated with Tennova Jefferson Memorial Hospital, is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified General Orthopedic Surgeon to join a growing, highly respected team in Jefferson City, Tennessee (just 29 mi to Knoxville).

Serving a primary service area of over 56,000 residents,this practice offers immediate patient volume, strong hospital backing, and anunsaturated market in the “Lakeside of theSmokies.” 

Recognizedby the Tennessee Hospital Association for achieving Zero Harm in CLABSI, CAUTI, and CDI in 2025. 

About Your Work:

• Full-time, employed position with well-respected multi-specialty practice
• Light call 1:5 (every 5th week)
• 21,000 total ED visits across all specialties in 2025
• 58-bed hospital with 4 modern OR suites, HD monitors/cameras, Arthrex Spider positioning, radiolucent tables, dedicated blocks, experienced First Assistants, and 24/7 anesthesia coverage 
• Fully-equipped clinic located within the medical center for seamless access to advanced imaging and an experienced support team
• Established referral based and network support including IP/OP therapy, MSK radiology, infusion therapy, pain management, wound care/HBO, etc.
• EMR: Cerner with Suki AI scribe technology
