1st Shift: Monday Friday, 6: 00 AM 2: 30 PM
Night Shift: Monday Thursday, 8: 00 PM 6: 30 AM
Join a global leader in agriculture and help support the production, processing, packaging and distribution of seed products that help feed the world. We're seeking dependable General Operators to work in a fast-paced agricultural production environment.
What You'll Do
This position offers a variety of responsibilities throughout the year based on seasonal production needs including:
Harvest operations and crop processing
Receiving and unloading crop deliveries
Seed drying, shelling, storage and treatment
Packaging, labeling, bagging and palletizing seed
Warehouse operations and inventory management
Shipping and receiving activities
Forklift operation (when trained and authorized)
Cleaning, painting and facility upkeep
Assisting with equipment maintenance and plant operations
Following safety and quality procedures at all times
What We're Looking For

Physical Requirements
Ability to lift, push and pull up to 60 pounds
Ability to stand, walk, bend and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to work overtime and extended hours during peak seasons
Required Attire
Steel-toed, over-the-ankle work boots (employee provided)
Long pants (jeans preferred)
Sleeved shirt
Additional safety equipment provided on-site
Work Environment
Agricultural production and warehouse setting
Exposure to corn dust, corn pollen and weed pollen
Forklift and equipment operation
Seasonal duties that change throughout the year
