Required Skills:- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as walking, climbing stairs, standing, and lifting up to 60 lbs.
- Strong safety awareness and ability to follow instructions diligently.
- Critical thinking and quick problem-solving skills.
- Ability to distinguish seed varieties by size or color.
- Proficiency in speaking and reading English.
- Effective communication skills, including radio use for coordination.
Nice to Have Skills:- Experience operating machinery or equipment like telehandlers.
- Background in agricultural production or plant operations.
- Past experience working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Preferred Education and Experience:- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior work experience in manufacturing, agriculture, or warehouse environments is a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends, overtime, and rotational shifts.
- Must pass drug and background screens prior to start.
