What You'll Do
As a General Mill Production Laborer, you will be responsible for:
- Hand stacking lumber of various sizes to keep production moving efficiently.
- Assisting the stacker operator with organizing and transferring materials safely and swiftly.
- Standing for long periods while maintaining a rapid, consistent rhythm.
- Adhering to all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members.
- Supporting team members as needed to meet daily production goals.
What You'll Bring

- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience in physically demanding, fast-paced environments (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Location & Schedule:
