Job Summary
MetalâTech Industrial is seeking to add positions to all shifts to support increased production demand. We are seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team. This is a handsâon position ideal for candidates who enjoy working with machinery, metal components, and production equipment in a teamâoriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and support industrial manufacturing equipment
- Assist with fabrication, assembly, and processing of metal components
- Perform deburring, grinding, and finishing tasks to meet quality standards
- Support shipping and receiving activities, including packaging and material movement
- Operate forklifts and press brakes, when trained and qualified
- Conduct basic inspections to ensure parts meet specifications
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Skills Needed
- Forklift operation (preferred)
- Press brake operation (preferred)
- General industrial machine operation
- Deburring and metal finishing
- Basic material handling and packaging skills
- Attention to detail and quality
Knowledge Required
- Basic understanding of manufacturing and production processes
- Awareness of workplace safety standards and procedures
- Familiarity with hand tools, measuring tools, and metal fabrication equipment
- Understanding of quality expectations in a manufacturing environment
Ability to Implement Skills and Knowledge
- Apply mechanical aptitude in a fastâpaced production setting
- Follow written and verbal work instructions accurately
- Maintain consistent quality while meeting production requirements
- Adapt to changing workloads, priorities, and production schedules
- Work independently while also contributing as part of a team
