Position Overview
The General Manager will oversee daily operations, financial performance, and team development. This leader will work closely with senior leadership to improve business results, build organizational capabilities, and support long-term growth.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate is an accomplished operational leader with substantial experience managing service-oriented businesses, overseeing financial performance, and developing effective teams.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience in residential or commercial service organizations.
- 3+ years overseeing multiple business functions with direct P&L accountability.
- Demonstrated success improving organizational performance and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong financial and analytical capabilities, including budget management and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and employee development skills.
- Proficiency with business management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to complete required pre-employment screenings.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Leadership experience in residential or commercial field service businesses.
- Familiarity with industry-specific business management platforms, particularly ServiceTitan.
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience guiding organizations through expansion and operational improvement initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits
- $125,000–$150,000 base salary
