General Manager – Food Manufacturing

Salary $220,000 - $250,000 + Benefits + Bonus + Paid Relocation Package to the NE

Are you a strong leader with an entrepreneurial spirit? Our client is looking for a leader with strong cross-functional leadership experience who will be accountable for running the business.

In this General Manager Leadership position, you’ll have full P&L responsibilities as well as pricing strategies, Lean / CI, and responsibility for overall strategy and culture of the business! This position is responsible for a single business or multiple, smaller business lines. We need a manager who has experience working with a unionized workforce.

Minimum requirements for this General Manager’s position:

·At least 12 years of food or beverage manufacturing management experience

·Experience with P&L, KPI’s, Budget management
