Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a highly skilled team, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
• Oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring a focus on financial results and customer satisfaction.
• Act as a hands-on mentor and coach, engaging with crew members across all positions.
• Implement creative strategies for business growth and community engagement.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry.
