Key Responsibilities: 

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth, efficient service
• Hire, train, and schedule staff; foster a positive and productive team environment
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain proper stock levels
• Monitor sales, control costs, and work to meet revenue and profitability goals
• Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with health regulations
• Handle cash management, deposits, and basic financial reporting
• Create and execute promotions, events, or seasonal offerings to drive traffic
• Maintain equipment and coordinate repairs when needed
• Lead by example during busy shifts, supporting staff on the floor
