Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the overall operation of The Finch. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can build strong teams, drive financial performance, maintain high operational standards, and create an exceptional experience for both guests and employees.

What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations and set the standard for hospitality
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Maintain a strong leadership presence on the floor
• Manage sales, labor, COGS, inventory, scheduling, and controllable expenses
• Maintain high standards for food, beverage, service, cleanliness, and safety
• Partner with culinary leadership to ensure strong FOH and BOH execution
• Handle guest concerns with urgency and a hospitality-first mindset
• Develop future leaders and create a culture of teamwork and accountability

What We're Looking For

• General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• Proven leadership and team-development skills
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials and cost controls
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Genuine passion for hospitality and the guest experience
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
