What You’ll Do
As a General Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings GO, you’ll oversee all aspects of a streamlined, fast-paced restaurant. You’ll be responsible for leading your team, hitting financial and operational goals, and creating a positive environment for both employees and guests.
- Lead daily operations, ensuring accuracy, speed, and guest satisfaction in takeout and delivery.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to perform at their best.
- Manage schedules, labor, inventory, and food costs with attention to detail.
- Drive performance by analyzing reports, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and labor laws.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and growth.
- Represent Buffalo Wild Wings GO in the community and support local marketing efforts.
What You Bring to the Table
- At least 2 years of management experience (fast-casual or QSR preferred).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and hold a team accountable.
- Knowledge of P&L management, labor scheduling, and inventory control.
- Solid understanding of health codes, food safety, and safe operations.
- Problem-solving skills, organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A guest-first attitude with a passion for delivering an excellent experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus).
