Assistant/General Managers oversee the day-to-day operations of a Jimmy Johns restaurant with a positive rock star go-getter attitude and lead by example by executing systems and procedures with 100% integrity in a fast-paced environment. There is huge potential to advance as the company grows.
Responsibilities:
- Make fast, accurate, and consistent sandwiches
- Complies with all portion sizes, recipes, and all systems and procedures.
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including all tables, floors,
- windows, beverage stations, restrooms, etc.
- Strong customer service- greets customers, takes orders - operates cash
- registers - collects payments from customers, and makes changes.
- Takes phone orders and completes delivery tickets
- Fills out systems and procedures with 100% accuracy and integrity
- Always maintains professional appearance in compliance with the Jimmy John's
- Dress Code
- Displays a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments
Requirements:
- Must be able to communicate, read, and write the English language fluently and
- clearly.
- Flexible availability and reliable transportation
- Position requires bending, reaching, stooping, climbing, repetitive motions, cognitive skills, lift up to 50 pounds, standing, and moving about the unit the entire workday.
