Assistant/General Managers oversee the day-to-day operations of a Jimmy Johns restaurant with a positive rock star go-getter attitude and lead by example by executing systems and procedures with 100% integrity in a fast-paced environment. There is huge potential to advance as the company grows.
Responsibilities:
Make fast, accurate, and consistent sandwiches
Complies with all portion sizes, recipes, and all systems and procedures.
Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including all tables, floors,
registers - collects payments from customers, and makes changes.
Takes phone orders and completes delivery tickets
Fills out systems and procedures with 100% accuracy and integrity
Always maintains professional appearance in compliance with the Jimmy John's
Dress Code
Displays a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments
Requirements:
Must be able to communicate, read, and write the English language fluently and
clearly.
Flexible availability and reliable transportation
Position requires bending, reaching, stooping, climbing, repetitive motions, cognitive skills, lift up to 50 pounds, standing, and moving about the unit the entire workday.
