What are customers asking for that we don’t have?
What inventory isn’t moving, and why?
Which departments can perform better?
What opportunities are we missing?
What does the team need to improve?
What is the plan to fix it?
Then takes action.
If you are a hands-on retail leader who enjoys developing people, improving processes, serving customers, solving problems, and growing a business, we’d like to hear from you.
