Lead a Culver’s restaurant where people come first.

At our family-owned Culver’s, the General Manager sets the tone for the restaurant. You’ll lead daily operations, build and develop your Leadership team, and take ownership of results across people, guest experience, food quality, and financial performance. You’ll lead from the floor and bring our values to life through the way you coach, communicate, and make decisions.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead restaurant operations and take ownership of guest, team, and financial results
• Recruit, develop, and retain a strong leadership team and crew
• Lead from the floor and coach leaders through daily shift execution
• Use sales, labor, food cost, guest feedback, and other results to set priorities and improve performance
• Manage budgets, inventory, and cost controls
• Maintain food safety, quality, and operational standards
• Build strong relationships with team members, guests, and the community

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership ability with 3+ years of management experience (restaurant or hospitality experience preferred)
• Strong communication, organizational, and financial management skills
• A passion for leading people and creating positive guest experiences
• Dependability, humility, and a commitment to excellence
• Must be willing to work 50 hours a week
• A positive, motivating leadership style that builds trust and inspires others
