About the Company Hiring: Our client is an established food manufacturing company in Rochester, NY.

About the Job: The Vice President / General Manager will have responsibility for overall business performance, manufacturing operations, financial results and people leadership. This individual will work closely with ownership and senior leadership while maintaining a hands-on presence across the operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across manufacturing, supply chain, quality and other key functions.
• Own overall business performance, including P&L management, budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, quality, safety and continuous improvement.
• Develop and lead the management team while driving accountability throughout the organization.
• Evaluate processes, systems and organizational structure to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with ownership and senior leadership on business strategy, capital investments and long-term growth initiatives.
• Maintain high standards around food safety, quality, customer service and regulatory compliance.

Minimum Requirements

• Senior leadership experience within food manufacturing or a closely related manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience leading manufacturing operations and cross-functional teams.
• P&L ownership with a strong understanding of financial and operational performance.
• Track record of driving operational excellence, continuous improvement and team development.

Compensation: $140,000–$160,000 base salary + bonus potential
