Job Qualifications:
The position of General Manager is responsible and accountable for the overall management of assigned Baker’s Burgers personnel and facility operations. The General Manager is expected to make independent, well-informed decisions with limited supervision and provide leadership that drives sales growth, profitability, guest satisfaction, and team member development. This position is entrusted with protecting the Baker’s brand, assets, and reputation while maintaining the highest standards of guest service and food safety.
