    Dog Haus Biergarten is looking for a hands-on, driven General Manager to lead our team and take full ownership of the business. This is not just a management role, this is an opportunity for someone who thinks and operates like an owner. As the “Head of the Pack,” you will be responsible for leading your team, driving financial performance, and creating an environment where guests feel welcomed every time they walk through our doors.


    Dog Haus is a craft casual concept, with a full bar and a high-energy environment. We are looking for a leader who can balance operations, people development, and guest experience while holding high standards across the board.


    What You’ll Do

    Hire, train, and develop a strong, accountable team

    Take full ownership of daily operations, execution, and results

    Manage labor, inventory, and costs while driving profitability

    Build effective schedules based on sales trends and business needs

    Maintain high standards in food quality, cleanliness, and speed of service

    Ensure compliance with food safety, alcohol service, and company policies

    Be present on the floor, coaching in real time and leading by example

    Build relationships in the community and grow the business through local partnerships


    What We’re Looking For

    3+ years of experience in quick service or fast casual restaurant management

    A strong owner’s mentality with accountability for results and team performance

    Proven leadership skills with the ability to build, coach, and retain a strong team

    Solid understanding of P&L, labor control, and inventory management

    Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

    Experience in a full bar environment is a plus, but not required
