Rex House Kitchen & Courtyard is looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations while delivering memorable guest experiences in one of New Orleans' most vibrant destinations.

Responsibilities

• Lead all restaurant operations
• Coach and mentor management and hourly teams
• Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
• Recruit, hire, and develop future leaders

Qualifications

• Full-service restaurant General Manager experience
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Experience managing high-volume operations
• Financial acumen including labor and food cost management
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
