Our client is seeking an experienced and driven General Manager (GM) to oversee all aspects of store operations. This role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, driving profitability, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Reporting to corporate leadership, the GM will lead store teams, implement best practices, and foster a strong, service-focused culture.
Operational Leadership
Oversee daily store operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and workflow.
Strategic Planning
Develop and execute strategies to improve store performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
Supply Chain & Inventory
Manage vendor relationships, ordering, and inventory control to minimize shrink and optimize stock levels.
Performance Metrics
Track and analyze KPIs, ensuring high standards in service, merchandising, and product quality.
Team Development
Hire, train, and mentor team members to build a high-performing and engaged workforce.
Compliance
Ensure adherence to company policies, health and safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Financial Oversight
Manage store budgets, control expenses, and identify opportunities to increase revenue and reduce costs.
Process Optimization
Implement tools and processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
