A growing, 100% plant-based restaurant brand is hiring a General Manager in Redlands, and we''re looking for someone who gets why this matters.

You''re a fit if you:
Have 2+ years leading a restaurant as a GM or strong AGM Know how to manage budgets, labor, and food cost to target Coach and inspire a team, not just manage one Light up about plant-based food and the mission behind it Stay calm and decisive in a fast-paced environment
