    General Manager

    • PTO

    • 0-5 yrs- eligible to accrue up to 3.08 vacation hours in each 2 week pay period. Max accrual is 120 hours.

    • 6-10 yrs- Eligible to accrue up to 4.61 vacation hours in each 2 week pay period. Max accrual is 160 hours.

    • 10+ yrs- Eligible to accrue up to 6.15 hours of vacation in each 2 week pay period. Max accrual is 200 hours.

    • Partner with the Director of Operations, Shift Leaders, and the support center team to accomplish company goals.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Controlling P&L. Planning, tracking, and managing budgets.

    • Interviewing, hiring, evaluating, and developing Team Members.

    • Managing proper inventory and staffing levels.

    • Ensuring all Company food and operational safety policies are followed by all team members.

    • Successfully and consistently utilizes company tools, resources, programs and systems

    Qualifications:

    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

    • Basic math skills needed to calculate budgets, payroll, balance till and complete banking duties.

    • Able to drive and hold a valid state driver’s license.

    • Proven previous management or supervisory experience.
