Experienced General Manager - Uncle Jack's Steakhouse

Uncle Jack’s Steakhouse, a legendary award-winning brand in the food & beverage industry, is seeking a seasoned and passionate General Manager to lead our premium steakhouse. This is a high-profile leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, and is ready to grow with a dynamic restaurant group.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage daily restaurant operations (FOH & BOH)
• Motivate and inspire staff to perform at their best every day
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve issues with professionalism
• Keep an entrepreneurial attitude, innovate, and quests for continues improvement.
• Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
• Drive revenue growth and manage budgets, labor, and inventory
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety
• Collaborate on events, banquets, and catering services
• Ensure consistent execution of recipes, portioning, and presentation
• Foster a culture of discipline, motivation, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of steakhouse management experience (fine dining preferred)
• Minimum 10 years managing FOH & BOH operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, organized, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS systems, OpenTable, Radar, Triple-Seat
• Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable dining experiences
