Job Overview


The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing restaurant operations, managing staff, ensuring profitability, and maintaining Popeyes' high standards for food quality and customer service.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead and manage all restaurant operations, including food preparation, inventory, and financial performance.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a strong team of employees to uphold company and brand standards.
  • Monitor and control labor, food, and operational costs to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Maintain financial reports, analyze sales trends, and adjust operations as needed.
  • Foster a positive work environment and lead by example to boost employee morale.
Qualifications


  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience (QSR/fast food experience preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and financial reporting.
  • Ability to motivate and develop employees while maintaining high performance standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
