Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Brand Ambassador through exceptional service and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations.
• Develop and implement restaurant marketing and promotional activities.
• Coach and motivate the team to achieve sales, service, and quality objectives.
• Oversee employee performance appraisals and maintain schedules.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• 3-5 years of related experience in a managerial role.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to effectively coach and develop team members.
• Knowledge of back office tools and quick adaptability to new software.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and maintain mobility throughout the workday.
• Must be able to perform duties at any station in the kitchen or service area.
