General Manager - Polished Casual
We are seeking a high-energy, high-standards General Manager to lead a successful polished casual restaurant and create an environment where both guests and team members want to be.
This is an opportunity for a hands-on restaurant leader who loves being on the floor, developing people, building culture, and driving results. The ideal candidate brings the operational discipline of a top-performing restaurant combined with a genuine passion for hospitality.

What You'll Do
- Lead all aspects of daily operations for a new polished casual Italian restaurant opening
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop the opening front-of-house team
- Create a warm, guest-first culture where scratch-made Italian cooking meets genuine Southern hospitality
- Maintain a visible presence in the dining room and build lasting relationships with guests
- Drive sales, profitability, labor efficiency, and cost controls from opening day forward
- Partner closely with the Executive Chef to deliver consistent, high-quality execution
- Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and presentation
- Identify and develop future leaders who can grow with the organization
What We're Looking For
- Proven General Manager experience in polished casual, upscale casual, or full-service dining
- A warm, hands-on leadership style and willingness to lead from the floor
- Strong knowledge of food, beverage, and wine with a genuine passion for hospitality
- Strong financial and operational knowledge, including P&L management, labor, food costs, and inventory
- New restaurant opening experience is a strong plus
- High personal standards, attention to detail, and pride in every aspect of the restaurant
