POSITION SUMMARY:
The General Manager is a highly hands-on role responsible for leading and physically overseeing the day-to-day operations of an assigned site inclusive of Outlet operations, Distribution/Warehouse flow, and Salvage execution. This position owns the operational "heartbeat" of the building-daily staffing and coverage, safety and compliance, workflow planning, equipment readiness, customer experience, inventory discipline, throughput, and performance execution through their leadership team.
This role is frequently on the floor and in operational areas, working shoulder-to-shoulder with front-line teams to remove barriers, make real-time decisions, and ensure the facility is safe, organized, productive, and customer-ready. Partnering closely with applicable cross-functional partners, the General Manager ensures the site delivers consistent shopper experience and supports safe, efficient, and sustainable recovery operations aligned to Goodwill's Operational Excellence and our People-First Culture.
Duties will also include but are not limited to:
External Hiring Range: $64,000 up to $76,000/year
Schedule: Will vary, must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Travel: Local travel may will be required.
