About the Company Hiring: We have been retained by a successful regional manufacturer that provides diverse engineering solutions for its customers.

About the Job: We are looking for a unique leader who wants to have a stake in the long-term success of a well-established company moving into an exciting new phase of its life cycle. This growth, along with the company’s reputation for quality, has created this key role that will shape the operational strategy and design for accommodating a 2-3x increase.

The successful candidate will bring a defined track record for overseeing controlled growth and output and for innovative thinking, not only solving internal roadblocks but also in working through new solutions with customers. The role is hands-on in mentality and work ethic and equally strategic in design and forecasting, where both attributes are expressed through a calm, collaborative philosophy that enables people to succeed and create value.

• LEAN orientation and excellence mindset
• Proven track record managing and developing talent as well as efficiency and a structured approach in all resource planning and allocation
• Communicator who leads by example and builds relationships from the shop floor through all management layers and to the executive suite

Minimum Requirements:

• 15-20 years of manufacturing operations experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a strong focus on design/production/operations management; ME/EE/IE
• LEAN approach to production with a strong systems-oriented logic
• Strong team development and staff management approach

Salary: $250,000-$275,000 plus strong incentive package

Travel: 10%
