We are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead One&Only Moonlight Basin. Big Sky, Montana.

As General Manager, you will be at the heart of this experience - providing visionary leadership across the resort, inspiring our teams and creating a culture where genuine warmth, creativity and meticulous attention to detail come together to deliver unforgettable guest experiences. You will have overall responsibility for operational excellence, commercial performance and the continued evolution of the resort, while building strong relationships with our guests, colleagues, owners and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an operational strategy aligned with brand goals.
• Drive guest satisfaction and financial results by focusing on key operations.
• Lead and communicate brand and regional initiatives.
• Maintain a vision for product and service delivery.
• Address and resolve operational challenges.
• Research and introduce competitive products and trends.
• Analyze competitor pricing and maintain relationships.
• Review staffing to meet service, operational, and financial needs.
• Regularly tour the property to assess opportunities.
• Foster excellent service and resolve guest issues.
• Gather guest feedback and implement improvements.
• Set goals, provide feedback, and conduct performance appraisals.
• Promote team participation in community service events.
• Review financial reports to improve performance and manage expenses.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and manage owner relations.

Experience Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in hotel or hospitality management, with senior leadership roles
• Extensive, proven experience in the ultra-luxury hospitality industry
• Deep understanding of the unique needs and expectations of ultra-luxury guests
