What You’ll Do:

• Responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of all market functions. Will oversee the full operational lifecycle on this business unit: from sales, administration, project management, service delivery, plant processing and cross-functional coordination.
• Oversee daily operations of waste truck services, treatment/disposal, and waste handling
• Lead and develop operations teams including dispatch, drivers, technicians, and facility staff
• Ensure compliance with environmental and DOT regulations (EPA, RCRA, OSHA)
• Manage budgets, schedules, KPIs, and operational efficiency
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial, municipal, and commercial clients
• Collaborate with sales and business development to grow regional service offerings
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and service excellence

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of operations leadership in environmental, industrial services, or waste management
• Strong knowledge of waste systems, vacuum trucks, separators, and regulatory compliance
• Experience managing teams across multiple locations or service lines
• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
