URGENTLY seeking a General Manager of Operations to take the lead in driving performance, safety, and customer satisfaction across our waste management operations.
Position is located in the Houston, TX area

What Youll Do:- Responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of all market functions. Will oversee the full operational lifecycle on this business unit: from sales, administration, project management, service delivery, plant processing and cross-functional coordination.
- Oversee daily operations of waste truck services, treatment/disposal, and waste handling
- Lead and develop operations teams including dispatch, drivers, technicians, and facility staff
- Ensure compliance with environmental and DOT regulations (EPA, RCRA, OSHA)
- Manage budgets, schedules, KPIs, and operational efficiency
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial, municipal, and commercial clients
- Collaborate with sales and business development to grow regional service offerings
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and service excellence
What Were Looking For:
- 5+ years of operations leadership in environmental, industrial services, or waste management
- Strong knowledge of waste systems, vacuum trucks, separators, and regulatory compliance
- Experience managing teams across multiple locations or service lines
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Valid drivers license (CDL a plus)
