Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a passion for hospitality
• Must be able to work late nights.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Can speak loud and clear in a bustling restaurant atmosphere.
• Must have problem solving abilities, be self-motivated, and organized.
• Have experience in a bar / restaurant leadership role for at least 2 years
• Engage in friendly conversation with guests in line.
• Develop knowledge of all ingredients and menu items.
• Effectively handle any guest complaints or issues.
• Maintain a positive presence at all times.

Summary: Oversees daily operations of the entire location, ensuring smooth function and optimal guest satisfaction. Their responsibilities include managing team members, scheduling, inventory management, budgeting, and maintaining high standards of hospitality and cleanliness. They also handle guest concerns, implement marketing strategies, and collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to enhance efficiency and maintain a great guest experience. A successful GM possesses strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a passion for the restaurant industry and a commitment to delivering an exceptional "Pizza Party" experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for food & beverage ordering and team scheduling
• Inventory
• Delegate duties to others effectively and respectfully
• Oversee product rotation and organization
• Communicate any instances of coaching to constantly evaluate and give feedback to team members
• Performs all other duties as assigned

Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Provides supervision to others through coaching, motivation, direction, review and feedback of assigned tasks.
• Holding team members accountable
• Maintains LNS standards and codes of conduct.
• Oversees and maintains a high level of culture and hospitality throughout their location
