Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a high-performance team to deliver superior guest service and maintain a cheerful, fun work environment
• Manage restaurant operations ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
• Oversee food and labor costs to maximize profitability and understand Profit and Loss Statements
• Coordinate and implement company initiatives and local marketing efforts
• Maintain restaurant equipment and communicate issues promptly
• Develop Assistant Managers and Shift Managers through continuous training

Qualifications & Requirements

• 1+ years of management experience with a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
• Ability to hire, train, and lead a motivated team
• Open availability including weekends and some nights
• Physical ability to work on feet up to 13 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
• Cash handling skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
