Expanding CT based hospitality brand is looking to hire a Restaurant General Manager for a modern Mexican concept located in Central CT. Managers are responsible for leading restaurant operations; models and demonstrates leadership. Successful performance is measured by consistent delivery of balanced results through our systems, methods and procedures.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years, current, salaried management experience in a high- volume upscale restaurant.
• Strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge and guest service.
• Proven ability to develop team
• Knowledge of systems, methods and processes that contribute to great execution.
