Location: 1940 S. 14TH STREET, MILWAUKEE, WI, 53204 GENERAL MANAGER (must have 2+ years of restaurant management experience)Competitive pay $50,000 - $70,000 with an additional performance bonus program of up to $1,000.00 monthly2 Week PTOInsurance Pay advance thru Zayzoom Free MealPaid Advancement in educationJob Type: Full-time ( 45 hr weeks) Looking for a General Manager to achieve operational results; uphold McDonald's standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness; achieve health department standards; and provide timelyexecution of new initiatives, products, and equipment launches. He or sheensures the financial performance of each restaurant in sales andprofitability within McDonald's norms.Ensure the restaurants meet or exceed operational andbudgetary goals, labor, and food costs.Ensure restaurants are compliant with McDonald's and franchise operational and company policies, working effectively and efficiently. Help Develop Shift Managers to perform at the highest levels.Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.Must be able to multi-task and have efficient timemanagement skills.Food service and food safety experience required.Techology knowledge will need to be efficient- Navigating webpages for Franchise duties. Requirements:Prefered Minimum of 2+ years in McDonalds restaurant management.Hamburger University graduates are preferred.Minimum high school graduate preferred.Must possess a positive "can do" attitude and be able to solve problems.Must be able to work various shifts each day of the week, with open availability and personal transportation.Display a friendly, approachable, and outgoingpersonality - engage with employees, customers, and suppliers.Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods.Comfortable and familiar with restaurant technology and applications related to purchasing, scheduling, food safety, customer satisfaction, and restaurant operations.
