GENERAL MANAGER (Manufacturing / Distribution / #1 Role / Full PL Responsibility...including sales team)

(Salary $150 - $200K, 25-50%+ real bonus potential, full PL and team responsibility, attractive culture and entrepreneurial work environment)

Mid-sized ($50MM+), well established and growing manufacturer/distributor is looking for an experienced leader (full PL responsibility) who is interested in helping to take them to the next level (significant upside growth potential.)

Position responsibilities include:

• 
  
• Full PL responsibility
• 
  
• Manage/lead all manufacturing distribution functions and associated business processes
• 
  
• Manage, lead, mentor and develop direct and indirect reports (approximately 100 ftes)
• 
  
• Further implement (and leverage) a lean culture/work environment
• 
  
• Develop (and manage against) a strategic/tactical plan and budget
• 
  

Qualifications:

• 
  
• Bachelors degree
• 
  
• 5+ years of manufacturing/distribution leadership experience
• 
  
• Good working knowledge of production planning, scheduling, quality control, safety, inventory control, lean/related, strategic/tactical planning, etc.
• 
  
• Full PL experience
• 
  
• Excellent leadership, management and people development experience
•
