General Manager - Marine Construction

Location: Maryland / Chesapeake region

Position Overview

Our client, an established marine construction contractor, is looking for a General Manager to join their team in the Maryland / Chesapeake region area. This is a permanent, full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the business
• Oversee project managers, field crews and estimating
• Drive growth, profitability and customer relationships

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction with broad field and office experience
• Leadership and business management skills

Compensation

• Base salary: $130,000 - $160,000
• Strong benefits package
