Starting Annual Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 (depending on experience)
TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is looking for an energetic, self-motivated person who will run our moving and storage business like it was their very own. Someone who can help us continue to move our company and employees forward by supporting and mentoring our management team with the daily aspects of the business. Work with customers, staff members, and upper management to meet established performance goals and brand standards. Ensure continuity and consistency of processes and documentation through training, communication, and auditing. Be a strategic partner with executive management with your insights and ideas to drive excellence and growth in your market though P&L management, process refinement, and community involvement. Job Focus
- Oversee all daily operations of the assigned franchise location

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or experience in a related field
- A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Experience in sales, operations, training, and data analytics with previous P&L responsibility is preferred
- High level of organizational skills, communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic planning
- Ability to utilize various software such as MS Office, cloud-based data storage, digital forms, and phone apps
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
