Restaurant Leadership Meets Special Events

We're searching for an experienced General Manager with banquet and event experience to lead LeBayou's restaurant and private event operations.

This unique leadership opportunity requires someone who can successfully manage daily restaurant operations while delivering exceptional banquet experiences.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing restaurant and banquet operations
• Leading front- and back-of-house teams
• Coordinating with culinary and event staff
• Managing budgets, labor, and profitability
• Delivering unforgettable guest experiences for weddings, corporate events, and private functions
• Developing future leaders within the restaurant

Qualifications

• General Manager experience in full-service dining
• Banquet, catering, or hotel food & beverage leadership experience required
• Strong organizational and event execution skills
• Proven financial management experience
• Passion for hospitality and team development
