Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead a high-performance management team.
- Recruit, train, and nurture talent for future opportunities.
- Manage daily operations to ensure profitability and guest satisfaction.

- Monitor business performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience.
- Ability to work 45-55 hours per week.
- Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop and inspire team members.
- Experience in inventory and labor management.
