Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Manage staff schedules, Hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain inventory and ensure the quality of our gourmet ingredients.
- Be available to your team at all times during regular operating hours
- Do the right thing and act like an owner
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a management role within the food & beverage industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Able to pass a background Check
