Key Responsibilities:
- Learn all facets of store operations, including sales, merchandising, inventory management, customer experience, safety, and financial performance.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members while building an engaged and accountable culture.
- Partner with experienced store leaders to strengthen your business acumen and leadership capabilities.
- Analyze sales and operational metrics to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure operational excellence through execution of company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and talent development initiatives.
- Champion a safe, clean, and customer-focused shopping environment.
- Take ownership of special projects and store initiatives that prepare you for future leadership opportunities.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience preferred.
- 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, military, logistics, operations, or another customer-focused environment.
- Passion for leading and developing people.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze information and make sound business decisions.
- Adaptability, resilience, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to relocate within the region upon successful completion of the training program (if applicable).
Requirements:
- Ability to travel frequently (up to 75%, including some nights/weekends)
- Ability to pass State and Federal background checks (Federal Firearm Licensing)
- Must be willing and able to relocate as needed to support business needs and career growth opportunities.
