We're looking for an experienced General Manager with a strong background in last-mile food service operations to lead a well-established, tenured team.
This leader will oversee all aspects of facility operations, including transportation, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and team development. Serving as the primary point of contact for approximately 450 customers, the General Manager will build strong customer partnerships, remain highly accessible and responsive, and ensure performance aligns with customer KPIs and service expectations.
The role includes full ownership of the site's P&L and oversight of a private fleet operation, including company drivers and company-owned vehicles. We're seeking a leader who can build on an already strong culture while driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and customer-focused results.
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong last-mile transportation and food service distribution expertise
Experience leading full facility operations and owning P&L performance
Experience managing a private fleet of company drivers and company-owned equipment
A proven track record of building customer relationships and delivering against customer KPIs
A passion for developing high-performing teams
A history of driving results in fast-paced distribution and logistics environments

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
